Steve Rockstein

The Chef and Co-owner of Chef’s House, began cooking at his mother’s side at age 4.

By 5, he’d already created his first original recipe.

Since then he has studied at the Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC, The Restaurant School, in Philadelphia and The Kushi Institute in Becket, MA.

Steve's cuisine is a rapturous mélange of ingenuity. His bold use of colors, contrasting textures and depth of flavor profiles are seldom found in kitchens anywhere, let alone on this island paradise. From the mangoes grown on the premises to the freshest fish you'll ever eat (which by the way is caught by Steve's personal fish monger), it is truly an amazing experiential adventure of the palette.
